NEW FOR 2023 — HOTELS
CAA Travel Services is again handling all GWTA hotel bookings including Queens University rooms. Thanks to their outstanding industry reputation, CAA Travel Services have been able to negotiate preferential hotel rates for GWTA participants.
KINGSTON – QUEENS UNIVERSITY SUITES: Please note that the overnights at Queens University on Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 August are NOT INCLUDED in your registration and there will be no included camping option for these nights. To stay with our group at Queens University on Wed 9 and Thur 10 August you MUST book through CAA to get the GWTA preferred room rate using the form below.
Budget accommodation/camping alternative in Cornwall at St Lawrence College–first come; first serve
We have secured a very small number of single rooms (with twin beds) at St. Lawrence College in Cornwall for the budget-conscious rider. These rooms must be booked by you and are not listed in CAA’s booking form.
Cost – $40 per night to include bedding and towels – for August 12 & 13

Note on non-supported Hotels: We understand that there are a variety of accommodations in our host communities, however, the establishments in the selection provided by CAA Travel Services are supported by the GWTA and are cycling-friendly. Luggage will be dropped off at the hotel in the evening and picked up in the morning. Luggage will NOT be dropped off at unsupported accommodations but delivered to the campground.
