Update: Work on The Great Lakes Waterfront Trail at Rouge Beach will is now complete and the Trail is open.
The Great Lakes Waterfront Trail will be closed and fenced-off weekdays for construction and armour stone maintenance during the construction period which is anticipated to complete in mid-November, 2023. TRCA plans to open the Trail evenings and weekends during construction. See the image above for more information on this project to protect the local shoreline.
